Great question. For starters, it’s nearly impossible to find a single person with our full capabilities set (design, marketing, investor relations, and capital raising). It’s more likely this is three different people at a minimum. Secondly, the annual cost of a single full-time senior-level person in this industry exceeds $150,000, plus benefits (and that’s assuming you can find one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times. This is true especially for Fund Managers, where going from raising the fund to deploying the fund means your needs change. With a full-time person, you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With our monthly plan, you can simply pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying when you have work.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. Need a new presentation, a teaser, a page on your website, a list of target investors, a manager commentary design, a roadshow planned, or anything else? Simple, add them to your queue and rank them and we’ll work on them in that order.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. As always, we’ll communicate clearly based on your requirements.

We understand you may not have enough work needed to be done from month-to-month. Perhaps your company is moving to summer holiday hours, or you just raised a fund and are moving to capital deployment and don’t need as much fundraising support. Whatever the reason, we get it. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. We have simple monthly billing cycles. No long term contracts, no management fees, just simple monthly pricing. Want to sign up and use our services for three months, and then decide to pause your subscription for the rest of the year? Perfect, you can pick your subscription back up when the work is needed and never miss a beat.

We can work with any system you currently use and can recommend programs if you don’t have one you’re using.

They’re your’s. Unlike others, we give you access to the source files, whatever format you need. Want to edit the final work without using us? Amazing, you have full freedom. Want to have us fix something you’ve done, again, no problem, we’re here to make sure you have what you need, no pride of authorship, we’re just focused getting things done right, as quickly as possible.

Marble offers a ton of flexibility in how you request work. We’ll set up portal that works well with your company and allows you to asynchronously add requests whenever you want, without needing to schedule a call. Of course, if you’d like to schedule a call, we’re more than happy to take requests that way as well. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via our client portals, sharing Word or Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief voice memo and texting it to us (for those who prefer not to write their requests out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared with us, it's fair game.

Not to worry. We'll continue to revise the work until you're 100% satisfied. We’ll even go back to square one if you’d like.

If for any reason you don’t like the arrangement, you can pause or cancel your membership outright. But due to the high quality nature of the work, no refunds will be issued.
